Wednesday: Sorry I missed you all today! Please continue working on your food diary assignment. 3rd period, if you were having trouble with the SuperTracker, switch to using the livestrong.com/myplate website. It is very user friendly and much quicker. When you finish entering your food and drinks, click on the Progress bar at the top of the page. Scroll down and there is a nutrition label with your totals for the day. Copy and paste this into your paper for each day. Use the websites below to find your daily recommended values of nutrients. Then work on writing. Work hard today!
